Our Champions
Below are the twenty nonprofit organizations that Hope for the Homeless Foundation has financially supported in our first five years. Although each of these nonprofits has different target populations and different approaches to helping the homeless to become housed, their business models are quite similar. They have a three-step process:
Step #1 - They provide transitional housing with a structured environment for individuals that want to turn their lives around.
Step #2 - They provide case management services that address the underlying causes of an individual's homelessness.
Step #3 - And finally, they assist in finding permanent housing once the factors causing an individual to become homeless have been successfully addressed.
